The role of Residential Support Worker involves supporting our clients to access and maintain independent housing, develop and maintain independent living skills, access community activities and resources, pursue social and recreational interests and manage and maintain their mental health and wellbeing.


This position is responsible for the leadership, coordination and administration of nominated houses within the Supported Independent Living (SIL) Program of Haven Care Australia. The House Coordinator will manage and lead a team in the delivery of this service; they will uphold Haven Care Australia's values and ways of working while aiming for continuous improvement in their delivery.
